Soil & Dust Binders / Debswana Jwaneng Mine
Served as Project Manager, Social Performance Champion and HSE Consultant for cleaning and dust management services at Ore Delivery, Jwaneng Mine. Managed project progress, set SMART objectives, ensured stakeholder satisfaction and guided the full OHSE on-boarding process including inductions, risk assessments, SHE plans and method statements.

Traffic Management Signs — Jwaneng Mine Pit (Cut 8 & Cut 9)
Greenwealth / Debswana Jwaneng Mine
Led design, manufacture, supply, maintenance, installation and inspection of traffic management signs in and around Jwaneng Mine Pit. Responsibilities spanned project management, financial oversight, HSE file development to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015, and Social Performance Officer duties.

Precise Control Beacons Survey — Orapa, Letlhakane & Damtshaa
Pinnacle Geomatics / Debswana OLDM
Deployed as SHE Consultant for a precision survey project across three Debswana mine sites. Developed the Baseline Risk Assessment, prepared the full SHE file to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, and managed the ECOHS process throughout site operations.

Degrit Screen Panels Test Work — Main Treatment Plant

Served as SHE Consultant, COVID-19 Champion and Social Performance Champion at the Main Treatment Plant. Maintained accurate safety records, ensured full PPE availability, managed the grievance register, investigated incidents and reported all injuries on duty to the relevant authorities.

Electrical & Instrumentation — New Sorthouse & H2 Plant Upgrade

Long-term SHE Consultant, Social Performance Officer and COVID-19 Steward across two major engineering projects: the New Sorthouse Electrical & Instrumentation works at Red Area and the Plant Control System Upgrade (H2 Project) covering Engineering Services and Re-crush.

Provided HSE consultancy and COVID-19 champion duties for a camera survey of FRDS 1–4, 7 & 8 at the Slimes Dams Recrush facility, Jwaneng Mine. Ensured site safety compliance and all applicable health protocols throughout the survey operation.
